Racing 1/27/08: The 2008 racing season is now underway. Clint headed to Golden Isles Speedway last week for a marathan 10 days of racing as a prelude to the upcoming Speedweeks in Florida. On night 1 at the new reconfigured track, Clint struggled with the car all night but never could get the set up and the track conditions to agree and missed the show. On night 2, Mother Nature took the checkers. Night 3, Friday, Clint made some changes and improved the car greatly from night 1. Clint made the show rolling off 20th on the grid of top national drivers. Fifteen laps in to the feature however, something came loose in the rear-end, forcing Clint to the pits and finished for the night.
